Connection/Love: At the core of human existence is the need to connect with others and feel loved. This need encompasses forming bonds, building relationships, and experiencing a sense of belonging. Whether through family, friendships, or romantic relationships, connection and love provide emotional support and enrich our lives with shared experiences and empathy.
Growth: Growth is the need for personal development and self-improvement. It involves expanding one’s knowledge, skills, and capabilities. People fulfill this need by setting and achieving goals, pursuing education, or engaging in self-reflection. Growth ensures that individuals continue to evolve, adapt, and reach their full potential.

Anchoring is a technique designed to help you tap into positive emotions and states of mind whenever you need them. Imagine having a tool at your disposal that allows you to instantly feel calm, confident, or joyful, even in challenging situations.
Anchoring achieves this by creating a connection between a specific physical action, like pressing your thumb and forefinger together, and a positive memory or feeling. To set up an anchor, you would vividly recall a moment when you felt a desired emotion, immersing yourself in the details of that experience.
As you do this, you perform the chosen physical action. Over time, this action becomes a trigger that brings back those positive feelings on demand.
